Above, Rooftop Bourré Bonne offers a 6,000-square-foot indoor-outdoor living room with panoramic city vistas. The rooftop serves an all-day menu featuring dishes such as chili crunch shrimp, Kentucky fried sliders, truffle deviled eggs topped with caviar and rotating seasonal popsicles. Guests can relax in exclusive cabanas with poolside service, making the rooftop an appealing destination for both daytime lounging and evening socializing.
