Continuing its culinary evolution, the resort introduced COYA Marbella in 2023, a Peruvian-inspired concept that complements its Mediterranean setting. To mark Puente Romano’s 45th anniversary, chanca by COYA opened in spring 2024, bringing a new late-night dining and entertainment concept to the resort.

Since 2017, COYA’s own music label, COYA MUSIC, has showcased collaborations between resident and international guest DJs, producing podcasts, standout tracks and signature events that complement the restaurant’s vibrant scene. The new venue highlights a thoughtfully curated bar menu, imaginative cocktails and visually striking art that enhance the guest experience. Designed by First Within, chanca by COYA features Inca-inspired interiors with illuminated antique bronze mirrors and a dramatic backlit onyx bar. Luxurious bespoke furnishings, layered stone wall panels, architectural lighting, granite elements and woven leather details combine to form an immersive setting that sets the stage for unforgettable evenings.
