Royal Mansour Marrakech, the renowned luxury hotel in Morocco, has announced an exclusive collaboration with Christian Louboutin, creating two limited-edition pairs of babouche slippers made available solely to hotel guests.
Both the men’s and women’s designs draw direct inspiration from architectural details found across the hotel — from intricate wooden latticework and chiseled bronze accents to delicate floral motifs. These elements are translated into footwear that echoes Royal Mansour’s refined aesthetic while highlighting traditional Moroccan craftsmanship.
The women’s model, called The Lady Mansour, is a pointed-toe flat mule that references the carved wooden lattice known in Moroccan tradition as moucharabieh. Its surface displays a refined geometric pattern in gold, white and taupe tones, producing a balanced, symmetrical appearance that complements formal and elegant attire.
The men’s slipper merges the casual spirit of Moroccan sandals with refined loafer details. Constructed in white cotton and finished with black trim, the design features a star motif inspired by the Moroccan flag alongside the Louboutin signature, newly paired with Royal Mansour initials for this collaboration. The result is a versatile piece that bridges relaxed comfort and polished styling.
These slippers are produced exclusively for Royal Mansour guests and are sold at the hotel boutique. Pricing is set at $570 for the men’s style and $910 for the women’s edition.
This partnership highlights a blend of contemporary luxury and regional heritage, offering visitors a wearable memento that reflects Royal Mansour’s architectural influences and Christian Louboutin’s craftsmanship.
