The island nation of Bermuda will host its first dedicated yoga and wellness festival from April 3–6 at the Fairmont Southampton. This inaugural Bermuda Yoga Festival brings together local residents and visitors for four days of movement, meditation, music and mindful living.
The festival program includes 42 master classes and workshops led by an international roster of experienced teachers. In addition to asana-based classes, the schedule features wisdom talks, kirtan, guided meditation, qigong and ecstatic dance, offering a broad spectrum of practices for beginners through advanced practitioners.
