Michelin-starred chefs Cyril Lignac and Mathieu Pacaud will present expertly crafted dining experiences at The St. Regis Aspen Resort as part of the Chefs Club by FOOD & WINE series in March. Each chef brings signature techniques and seasonal ingredients to multi-course menus designed to showcase their distinct culinary voices.
Chef Cyril Lignac, accompanied by his pastry chef and the culinary team from his Paris restaurants and patisseries, will serve a refined four-course menu on March 6, 8 and 9. On March 14 and 16, Chef Mathieu Pacaud of Paris’s acclaimed L’Ambroisie will offer his own multi-course tasting dinner. Each dinner is $150 per person and features thoughtful wine pairings selected to complement the menu.
Beyond the dining room, guests can enhance their stay with Veuve Clicquot–themed spa treatments at the intimate Rèmede Spa. Available March 8–10 and March 22–24, options include the Veuve Clicquot Misting Facial ($200), the Head-to-Toe Veuve Clicquot Treatment ($350), and the Rosé and Roses Couples Massage with a private bath served alongside a bottle of Veuve Clicquot Rosé Brut ($500). These spa offerings are curated to extend the sensory experience of the culinary events and provide a relaxing complement to the evenings.
The St. Regis Aspen Resort provides a refined backdrop for both the dinners and the spa experiences, with attentive service and elegant surroundings that enhance each moment. Whether attending a tasting dinner or indulging in a Veuve Clicquot treatment, guests can expect a polished, memorable stay that highlights the culinary talents of two renowned Michelin-starred chefs.
