Air Canada Launches New Nonstop Flights Between Toronto and Dallas

Air Canada has launched non-stop service between Vancouver (YVR) and Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW), beginning Feb. 5. The new route strengthens Air Canada’s transborder network and complements its existing Toronto–Dallas service.

“Air Canada is pleased to link Vancouver and Dallas-Fort Worth with non-stop flights, complementing our existing service from Toronto. We continue to strategically expand our Vancouver hub, and our newest transborder flights to the fourth most populous metropolitan area in the United States offer local business travelers non-stop service, as well as improved access for customers in British Columbia and Alberta via convenient connections in Vancouver,” said Benjamin Smith, president, passenger airlines, Air Canada.

The route is operated with a CRJ-705 aircraft configured with 75 seats across business and economy cabins. Daily departures from Vancouver leave at 1:30 p.m., arriving in Dallas at 7:25 p.m. Return flights depart Dallas at 7:25 a.m., arriving back in Vancouver at 9:58 a.m. This schedule provides convenient same-day options for business travelers and good connectivity for onward connections through Vancouver.

This launch is part of Air Canada’s broader expansion at its Vancouver hub. Earlier this year, the carrier introduced new non-stop service from Vancouver to Brisbane (BNE), Dublin (DUB), Chicago (ORD), San Jose (SJC), and San Diego (SAN). Service to Delhi (DEL) is scheduled to begin next month, further increasing international connectivity from the West Coast.
