Emaar Hospitality Group has announced plans to open four new hotels in Dubai under its luxury brands Address Hotels + Resorts and Vida Hotels and Resorts, plus an additional mid-scale contemporary property developed through a joint venture with Meraas.

The new properties—Address Fountain Views, Address Sky View, Vida The Hills, Vida Harbour Point and Rove At The Park—are now available for booking.
Address Fountain Views features nearly 200 rooms and suites across three connected towers and provides direct access to The Dubai Mall, offering a blend of luxury accommodation and prime retail convenience in downtown Dubai.
Address Sky View, also located in downtown Dubai, comprises 169 rooms across two towers and delivers a refined urban experience with skyline views and easy access to the city’s business and leisure districts.
Vida Harbour Point, situated in Dubai Creek Harbour and close to Dubai International Airport, contains 275 guestrooms and is positioned to serve both business travelers and tourists exploring the Creek and nearby attractions.
Vida The Hills is located in the Emirates Hills neighborhood near Emirates Golf Club, offering a tranquil, upscale setting that appeals to guests seeking proximity to premier golf and residential areas.
Rove At The Park sits within Dubai Parks and Resorts, providing direct access to the complex’s three theme parks. With nearly 600 guestrooms, this property is designed with families and leisure travelers in mind, combining convenience, comfort and value for guests visiting the parks and surrounding attractions.
