3 Must-Attend May Wine Events in NYC

New York City and the surrounding metro area will host three wine events this May. The Annual NYC Spring Wine Festival takes place at NYY Steak in Manhattan on May 7. The following week, the Annual New Jersey Spring Wine Festival will be held at Hilton Short Hills on May 13. Finally, the Annual Brooklyn Crush Wine & Artisanal Food Festival: Spring Edition returns to Sunset Park, Brooklyn.

Across the three events attendees can sample dozens of wines from a broad range of regions and styles. The NYC and New Jersey festivals will showcase around 150 wines each, while the Brooklyn event features approximately 175 selections. Guests will also find numerous artisanal food vendors paired with live jazz performances to complement the tastings. Each ticket includes a complimentary tasting glass to take home.

A limited number of VIP tickets are available for those who want an elevated experience. VIP access offers private tastings of premium wines and hors d’oeuvres, and wine education classes will be offered for an additional fee. These special offerings provide opportunities to taste rarer wines and learn from industry pros in a more intimate setting.

“It’s great to be back offering wine lovers in the New York metro area the option of three unique tasting events. Each venue has an ambience distinctly its own. We’re also very excited to bring the NYC Spring Wine Fest to the posh multi-level NYY Steak in midtown Manhattan for a totally new vibe. With a diverse selection of wines and different musical guests our spring wine events promise a very different wine, culinary and entertainment experience,” said Sam Kimball, founder of New York Wine Events.

Advance tickets are available online. General admission begins at $59, while VIP admission starts at $179. Early purchase is recommended, as these events have sold out in the past.
