The Twenty Two: London’s New Luxury Destination

The Twenty Two, London’s newest luxury lifestyle destination, has officially opened on Grosvenor Square. The 42,500-square-foot manor includes 31 bedrooms and suites, a private mews house, an all-day restaurant and a private members’ club, all designed to offer an intimate and refined experience in the heart of Mayfair.

The property’s aesthetic draws on a Parisian exterior and 18th-century classical French influences. Navid Mirtorabi, who led the creative vision, collaborated with Natalia Miyar Atelier to reinterpret those traditions for a contemporary London audience. Together they focused on layering texture, proportion and carefully selected furnishings to create interiors that feel both historic and modern.

“My ambition for The Twenty Two was to create a space where the creative and the curious, in London and globally, can come together and feel welcome; a living room of sorts where guests feel inspired and at home in their surroundings,” said Navid Mirtorabi, proprietor of The Twenty Two.

The restaurant operates daily from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. and serves an all-day menu of British classics with Mediterranean influences. Executive Chef Alan Christie has crafted a selection of modern interpretations that balance seasonal ingredients with approachable flavors. The menu flows from breakfast through lunch and dinner, offering a variety of dishes that change with the seasons.

“I wanted to create a restaurant where the menus flow harmoniously from breakfast to lunch to dinner, made up of dishes that evoke a subtle, comforting familiarity—some light and fresh, some indulgent—but all executed to the highest standards using the best seasonal ingredients,” said Alan Christie, executive chef at The Twenty Two.

The private members’ club occupies the ground and lower ground floors and includes four distinct, members-only spaces. These include The Living Room and its outdoor terrace overlooking Grosvenor Square, The Dining Room, The Music Room and The Vault Bar. Each area is designed to offer privacy and a sense of belonging for patrons and hotel guests, combining elegant finishes with comfortable, convivial atmospheres.
