Designer Philippe Starck led the interior design for the recently opened SLS Las Vegas. The resort offers more than 1,600 rooms across three distinct, themed towers, plus a collection of signature suites created in collaboration with musician Lenny Kravitz and Kravitz Design Inc. Nightlife venues feature cutting-edge entertainment technology and varied atmospheres: LiFE includes a rooftop pool, a DJ and approximately 20,000 square feet of club space; Foxtail and the adjacent Foxtail Pool Club present edgy, open-format music and attract celebrity guests; and The Sayers Club brings the energy of one of Los Angeles’s top music venues to its second location in Las Vegas.
Additional on-site attractions include a 60,000-square-foot casino and a nearly 10,000-square-foot Fred Segal retail experience. Ciel Spa offers a tranquil, intimate setting with amenities such as a couples massage suite, herbal steam baths, oversized “experience” showers, custom massage beds and a comprehensive menu of massages, facials, body treatments and salon services. Culinary direction at the resort is overseen by chef José Andrés, and dining options span concept restaurants including Bazaar Meat by José Andrés, Cleo, Katsuya by Starck, 800 Degrees Neapolitan Pizzeria, Ku Noodle, The Griddle Café, and Umami Burger, Beer Garden & Sports Book. For business travelers, the property provides about 80,000 square feet of flexible meeting space.
