Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts marks the fifth anniversary of its Golden Circle loyalty program by introducing enhanced benefits, special promotions and select partner offers designed to reward frequent guests and encourage continued engagement.
Key enhancements to the Golden Circle program include:
- Multiple Room Earning: Members can earn award points on up to three rooms when traveling with family or business associates, provided the rooms are booked at a qualifying rate.
- Earn with Redemption Nights: When members redeem points for a free night, that night will count as a qualifying night and a stay toward Golden Circle status.
- Rollover Nights: Jade and Diamond members may carry forward surplus qualifying nights to apply toward status renewal or toward a membership upgrade.
- Buy or Gift Points: Members have the option to purchase additional points to top up their balance or gift points to others.
- Instant Dining Awards: Points can be used immediately at managed restaurants and outlets across more than 95 properties, including Shangri-La, Kerry, Hotel Jen and Traders hotels worldwide.
As part of the anniversary promotions, Golden Circle members who register in advance will receive double points for dining at participating restaurants Monday through Friday between April 1 and June 30.
In a limited-time partner offer, Victor Private Jet is providing Golden Circle members a $1,500 discount on their first booking made through the company’s iOS app. This offer is available through Dec. 31.
“We have listened to what our members truly value and expanded the program to address their needs,” said Wee Kee Ng, vice president of loyalty and partner marketing for Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts. “We want to demonstrate that loyalty means more with Golden Circle and make Golden Circle one of the most attractive and meaningful hotel reward programs in the industry.”
Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts owns and/or manages more than 95 hotels with a total inventory exceeding 39,000 rooms. The company’s development pipeline includes projects across mainland China, Cambodia, Hong Kong, India, Myanmar, the Philippines, Saudi Arabia and Sri Lanka.
