Nobu Hospitality, the luxury lifestyle brand founded by Nobu Matsuhisa, Robert De Niro and Meir Teper, has announced a new partnership with Millenium Hospitality Real Estate SOCIMI to develop Nobu Hotel and Restaurant Sevilla. Scheduled to open in spring 2023, this property becomes Nobu’s sixth hotel in Spain and the third collaboration with MHRE, following Nobu Hotel Madrid and Nobu Hotel San Sebastián.

The new Nobu Hotel and Restaurant Sevilla will be located near City Hall at Plaza San Francisco. The property will offer a mix of guestrooms and suites, a Nobu restaurant with terrace seating and city views, a fully equipped fitness center, and a rooftop featuring a swimming pool and an open dining area—designed to provide guests with both comfort and signature Nobu style.
