The property blends contemporary design with local touches and features a coffee shop with retail offerings, a tropical speakeasy and pool bar, plus a restaurant focused on made-to-order poke and island flavors. It’s positioned as a lively, approachable base for exploring Waikiki’s beaches, dining and surf culture.

Opening in early spring 2023 in downtown Charleston, South Carolina, The Pinch occupies two restored Victorian buildings alongside a new construction. This intimate 25-room property blends historic character with contemporary comfort. In addition to guestrooms and suites, The Pinch offers longer-stay residences available for 30 days or more. On-site dining highlights include a French-inspired restaurant and a dedicated oyster bar, reflecting Charleston’s culinary scene.

Penny Williamsburg launches in spring 2023 in Brooklyn with a unique hybrid model: part boutique hotel, part graduate student housing affiliated with Bard College. The property provides apartment-style accommodations well suited for extended stays and visiting academics. With 118 guestrooms, Penny also offers a rooftop lobby with bar and restaurant plus two rooftop terraces that provide outdoor gathering spaces and neighborhood views.
