Scheduled to open in April 2023 in Honolulu’s iconic Waikiki neighborhood, The Wayfinder Waikiki offers 228 guestrooms inspired by Hawaii’s landscapes and culture. The property blends contemporary design with local touches and features a coffee shop with retail offerings, a tropical speakeasy and pool bar, plus a restaurant focused on made-to-order poke and island flavors. It’s positioned as a lively, approachable base for exploring Waikiki’s beaches, dining and surf culture.

The Pinch

Opening in early spring 2023 in downtown Charleston, South Carolina, The Pinch occupies two restored Victorian buildings alongside a new construction. This intimate 25-room property blends historic character with contemporary comfort. In addition to guestrooms and suites, The Pinch offers longer-stay residences available for 30 days or more. On-site dining highlights include a French-inspired restaurant and a dedicated oyster bar, reflecting Charleston’s culinary scene.

Penny Williamsburg

Penny Williamsburg launches in spring 2023 in Brooklyn with a unique hybrid model: part boutique hotel, part graduate student housing affiliated with Bard College. The property provides apartment-style accommodations well suited for extended stays and visiting academics. With 118 guestrooms, Penny also offers a rooftop lobby with bar and restaurant plus two rooftop terraces that provide outdoor gathering spaces and neighborhood views.

Hotel Genevieve

Located in Louisville’s NuLu district, Hotel Genevieve is expected to open in spring 2023. This new-build from the Bunkhouse Group will feature 122 guestrooms and emphasize stylish, neighborhood-forward hospitality. Guests can expect an on-site restaurant, a rooftop lounge, a mini market for conveniences and an intimate bar, all tailored to the creative and culinary energy of NuLu.

Trailborn Rocky Mountains

Trailborn Rocky Mountains opens in Estes Park, Colorado, in spring 2023 as the inaugural property of the Trailborn brand. The hotel focuses on design-forward accommodations, experiential programming and thoughtful food and beverage offerings that complement outdoor recreation in the Rockies. This boutique extended-stay concept occupies a historic building and offers 118 apartment-style units designed for short- or long-term stays.
