Ritz-Carlton Unveils Custom Monopoly Experience for Guests

The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore has launched a custom edition of Monopoly inspired by the hotel and the city. The bespoke board features iconic Singapore landmarks, major museums and artworks displayed throughout the property, along with rooms, restaurants and signature hotel experiences as properties. Players can buy locations such as the Ritz Suite, the National Gallery, Gardens by the Bay, or one of the hotel’s restaurants. Unique player tokens include a specially designed Ritz-Carlton lion and crown emblem, a suitcase and a Formula One racing car.

“We are delighted to be the first Ritz-Carlton property to create a customised version of this classic board game,” said Peter Mainguy, general manager of The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore. He explained that the game encourages guests to explore the hotel’s distinct offerings: the butler-drawn bath experience, a concierge-led art tour of the hotel’s extensive collection, and themed spa experiences at the award-winning Ritz-Carlton Spa. The custom Monopoly set doubles as a memorable souvenir that guests can enjoy during their stay or take home to relive their visit with family and friends.

The bespoke Monopoly is available to guests who book the Game Night experience, offered in a Grand Marina guestroom or a deluxe suite. The package runs through Dec. 27 and includes a daily buffet breakfast, the custom game board and a welcome amenity. By combining an elevated overnight stay with an exclusive, locally themed board game, the hotel aims to create a playful, culturally rich keepsake that highlights both Singapore’s attractions and the property’s signature art and services.

The custom edition aligns with the hotel’s emphasis on art and local culture: Millenia Singapore is known for its significant in-house collection and curated guest experiences. Embedding those elements into a familiar, social activity like Monopoly offers guests a relaxed way to engage with the hotel’s highlights while creating lasting memories. Whether played in-suite during a stay or shared at home afterward, the game complements other hotel amenities designed to showcase Singapore’s heritage and the property’s hospitality.

Guests interested in the experience should reserve early, as the game-night package and its exclusive board are offered for a limited time. The promotion provides both leisure and discovery—combining comfortable accommodations, curated hotel experiences and a collectible game that celebrates the destination and the hotel’s artistic identity.
