Our meal began with a crisp sparkling wine and continued with a pairing of Sauvignon Blanc alongside grilled octopus and lamb and chorizo empanadas. Entrées included blue cobia and grilled branzino accompanied by crispy Brussels sprouts and a classic lobster mac and cheese. Desserts—key lime cheesecake and a chocolate plantain cake—were served with a Port digestif, rounding out an elegant seaside dinner.
