Recover Faster: Proven Tips to Feel Better Quickly

Making its debut on March 21, the International Day of Wellness, Westin Hotels & Resorts launches the Westin Well-being Movement, a $15 million, brand-wide initiative designed to support the well-being of guests and associates worldwide. This year-long campaign will introduce new partnerships and programs aligned with Westin’s six core pillars: Feel Well, Work Well, Move Well, Eat Well, Sleep Well and Play Well.

To mark the launch, Westin properties across the globe will invite guests and local communities to experience signature offerings during a brand-wide open house. In the week following the rollout, nearly 200 hotels and resorts will host wellness events and accessible programs. The lineup includes guided 5K runs, Heavenly Spa mini-appointments, SuperfoodsRx juice bars and group yoga sessions.

“At Westin, our mission is to be a partner in our guests’ well-being before, during and after their stay, and this movement stems from that commitment,” said Brian Povinelli, global brand leader for Westin Hotels. “We’re proud to collaborate with leading wellness brands and experts to bring innovative, personalized experiences to our hotels worldwide, with the goal of inspiring and empowering both guests and associates.”

The Westin Well-being Movement emphasizes practical, everyday wellness by integrating services and amenities that support physical activity, restorative sleep, mindful eating and balanced work-life experiences. Programs are designed to be accessible to hotel guests and surrounding communities, making wellness a regular part of travel and daily life.

Move Well initiatives include curated fitness programming such as running groups and on-property movement classes, giving guests options to stay active while traveling. Eat Well focuses on healthier dining choices, featuring nutrient-rich selections like freshly prepared juices and superfood-focused menu items. Sleep Well enhancements build on Westin’s signature sleep amenities to promote better rest through thoughtful room design and restorative rituals.

Feel Well and Play Well components cover stress-reduction practices and recreational programming that encourage relaxation and social connection. Work Well options support productivity and balance for business travelers, with comfortable workspaces and tools that help maintain focus and well-being on the road.

By combining hotel amenities with expert partnerships, the campaign aims to deliver consistent wellness experiences across Westin’s global portfolio. These offerings are intended to be flexible and personalized so guests can choose the activities and services that best support their individual well-being goals.

During the launch week, participating hotels will open select events to the public, creating opportunities for neighbors and local wellness communities to engage with the brand’s programming. This approach reinforces Westin’s strategy to make wellness accessible beyond the guest room and foster healthier communities around each property.

The Westin Well-being Movement reflects growing consumer interest in health-focused travel and demonstrates how hotels can play a meaningful role in supporting guests’ physical and mental wellness. Through ongoing partnerships, expanded offerings and public programming, Westin aims to strengthen its position as a leader in hospitality-driven well-being.
