Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group has announced the rebranding and expansion of its upscale Radisson Blu portfolio with the signing of Radisson Blu Udaipur Palace Resort & Spa. Formerly operating as the Sheraton Udaipur Palace Resort & Spa, the property sits on the shores of Fateh Sagar Lake in Ambamata, less than an hour from Udaipur Maharana Pratap Airport. The resort is scheduled to begin welcoming guests in May.
The hotel offers 240 tastefully appointed guestrooms and suites, an outdoor swimming pool, a lawn tennis court, a full-service spa and a fitness center. Dining options include an all-day restaurant, a specialty restaurant, a lobby bar and lounge, plus a poolside bar for relaxed refreshments. For business and events, the property provides generous meeting facilities, highlighted by a ballroom that can accommodate up to 450 guests.
