Park MGM introduces an elevated meeting environment with its new 7,000-square-foot Ideation Studio. Developed in partnership with Cisco Systems, the studio is the first dedicated space to combine Cisco Webex Boards and Cisco Webex Teams, enabling seamless collaboration between in-room and remote participants through integrated video conferencing, file sharing and real-time brainstorming tools.
Designed for ease of use, the studio’s “smart” technology recognizes each attendee’s device as they enter, regardless of platform. Participants can connect without cables, passcodes or complex setup, and the system automatically captures meeting notes and distributes them to attendees afterward, streamlining follow-up and documentation.
Beyond its technological features, the Ideation Studio applies principles from behavioral science to support more productive gatherings. Ergonomic chair and table heights, adjustable lighting, acoustics, flooring and spatial layout are all intentionally selected to encourage engagement, creativity and sustained focus during collaborative sessions.
As part of its commitment to exceptional meeting quality, the Ideation Studio holds membership in IACC, an international association of conference venues spanning 26 countries that represents the top 1 percent of meeting spaces worldwide.
