Waldorf Astoria Orlando and Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek will launch a series of Food & Wine Weekends beginning Sept. 27. The program runs for seven consecutive weekends through Nov. 9 and complements the nearby Epcot International Food & Wine Festival.
“For the past 17 years, Disney has done an amazing job building their Food & Wine Festival at Epcot,” said Peter Kacheris, managing director of Bonnet Creek. “As the festival has grown, so has the public’s appetite for additional culinary-focused experiences. We created our Orlando Food & Wine Weekends to showcase our own world-class culinary team while celebrating the Epcot festival.”
Events for Orlando Food & Wine Weekends take place at Waldorf Astoria Orlando and at its sister property, Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek.
Highlights of the weekend program include:
- A Taste of Waldorf Astoria: Exclusive tasting menus and wine pairings crafted by the master chefs from several of the most renowned hotels in the Waldorf Astoria brand.
- Il Cibo Della Vita: From the kitchen of La Luce by Donna Scala at Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek, a new tasting menu and wine pairing will be revealed each weekend from Sept. 27 – Nov. 9, featuring Chef Scala’s latest recipes.
- Pea Ringu – The Art of Sushi Pairing: The culinary team from Zeta Bar & Sushi Lounge will present an epicurean journey exploring ideal sushi pairings with beer, wine and sake.
These weekend events offer a chance to sample curated menus, discover thoughtful beverage pairings and experience signature dishes from celebrated chefs in elegant resort settings. Whether you’re seeking a refined tasting menu, regional Italian specialties, or inventive sushi pairings, the series is designed to appeal to both local food enthusiasts and visitors attending the Epcot festival.
For guests planning their visit, events are spread across both resorts, creating a variety of dining options and atmospheres. Reservations are recommended as seating for specialty tastings and paired dinners can be limited.
