Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay has opened The Rooftop by Ibiza Bay, an exclusive destination for hotel guests, locals and visitors seeking a sophisticated, intimate setting. Perched above Talamanca Bay, the rooftop offers sweeping views of the sparkling water and the historic Dalt Vila, making it a standout spot on the island for sunset and moonrise watching.
After a pre-opening evening attended by model Vanessa Breuer, designer Charo Ruiz and Chef Nobu San, The Rooftop by Ibiza Bay officially began operations. The venue is open from 7 p.m., Thursday through Sunday, and combines chic atmosphere, panoramic vistas and curated entertainment.

Each night at The Rooftop delivers a distinct mood. Guests might witness fireworks over San Juan, enjoy the glow of a full moon, or gaze down at beach bonfires while sipping expertly crafted drinks.
