As of Nov. 1, MiM Hotels will join The Meliá Collection. The boutique-luxury MiM portfolio comprises six distinctive properties across Andorra and Spain, in Sitges, Sotogrande, Mallorca, Ibiza and Baqueira Beret. Each property was developed in collaboration with global football icon Leo Messi and presents a refined, design-forward hospitality approach.

Each MiM hotel delivers a distinct luxury experience centered on thoughtful design, curated art and personalized service. Signature spaces include the executive Messi Suite, memorable dining venues, and intimate public areas designed for relaxation and socializing. Wellness facilities incorporate hydrotherapy circuits and tailored treatment menus, while sustainability is embedded in the portfolio: all MiM properties hold LEED certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
MiM Mallorca, MiM Sitges and MiM Ibiza operate as adults-only retreats, offering serene environments for couples and adults traveling together. The MiM hotels in Andorra, Sotogrande and Baqueira Beret are family-friendly and provide a broader range of activities and facilities. Meeting and event spaces at several properties accommodate small conferences and professional gatherings, blending business needs with a boutique atmosphere.

Guests at the mountain and coastal properties can choose from a variety of outdoor pursuits. Sotogrande, Baqueira Beret and Andorra offer golf, skiing, hiking and other regional activities that connect guests to local landscapes and seasons. Culinary offerings highlight local ingredients and regional traditions, with elevated menus and seasonally inspired dishes across the portfolio.
In Baqueira, Andorra and Sotogrande, the dining programs are enhanced by the involvement of Michelin-starred chef Nandu Jubany. His menus combine local produce with Argentinian flavor influences, reflecting his HINCHA restaurant concept and bringing a signature gastronomic perspective to the MiM properties.
Gabriel Escarrer, CEO and chairman of Meliá Hotels International, commented on the partnership, saying the alliance capitalizes on the complementary strengths of MiM Hotels and The Meliá Collection. He emphasized that both brands share a clear philosophy and a compelling proposition for discerning travelers, blending the inspiration of a global figure such as Leo Messi with Meliá’s hospitality expertise.
The integration of MiM Hotels into The Meliá Collection expands the group’s portfolio of boutique luxury experiences, offering travelers a range of settings—from adults-only coastal retreats to family-oriented mountain escapes—while maintaining a focus on design, gastronomy, wellness and sustainability.
