The addition brings the collection to 35 Exceptional Homes across 14 locations worldwide. New destinations now represented include Florence and Sardinia in Italy, and Marbella in Spain, along with an expanded selection in Puglia, Italy. Featured new residences are Villa Petrucci in Florence; Villa Mariza in Sardinia; Trullo delle Dame and Trullo dei Pumi in Puglia; and six Andalusian-style villas in Marbella: Villa Los Verdiales, Villa Paris, Villa Tuscany, Villa Azur, Villa Los Angeles and Villa Mirage.
Each property in the collection is privately owned and is accepted into the Exceptional Homes portfolio only after a careful selection process that evaluates location, architectural design and the quality of service provided.

“As the portfolio grows, our priority is purposeful expansion: to introduce new destinations that extend our global reach while maintaining the intimacy, discretion and exceptional service our guests expect,” said Philip Leighton, head of Mandarin Oriental Exceptional Homes. “This next phase highlights the strength of the collection and our ambition to continue growing thoughtfully.”
The new homes join an existing selection of residences across Italy, Spain, France, Greece, the United Kingdom, the United States, Thailand and Indonesia, offering travelers a broader range of privately owned luxury retreats under the Mandarin Oriental Exceptional Homes banner.
