Luxury Oceanfront Resort Opens in the Florida Keys Next January

In January 2026 the Florida Keys added a new luxury private oceanfront retreat: Albury Landing. Designed exclusively for private buyouts, the property blends the privacy of a private residence with the service and amenities of a five-star resort. Interior design studio Studio IDC and architectural firm D’Asign Source describe the aesthetic as “Hemingway Chic,” a relaxed yet refined interpretation of barefoot luxury.

Situated on Tavernier Key in the Old Historic District, Albury Landing comprises a carefully curated collection of residences to accommodate groups or intimate escapes. Options include the four-bedroom Albury House, a romantic one-bedroom Ocean Villa, two one-bedroom Palm and Garden Villas, and a spacious two-bedroom deluxe Bay Villa. Each residence is thoughtfully furnished and appointed, featuring expansive windows with panoramic views, spa-inspired bathrooms, private verandahs, wet bars and integrated sound systems.

The resort’s amenities and curated experiences are intended to make every stay memorable. Outdoor leisure facilities include a pool and hot tub, plus access to two peninsula beaches perfect for sunsets, dinners or private celebrations. On-site marine conveniences include a private boat basin and ramp, and a dedicated concierge team coordinates activities and personalized services.

Tavernier Key sits between Key Largo and Islamorada and is approximately a 90-minute drive from Miami, making Albury Landing an accessible option for those seeking an exclusive island getaway.
