Kempinski Upgrades Loyalty Program: New Perks for Members

Kempinski has relaunched its Kempinski Discovery loyalty program with a refreshed design that emphasizes greater privileges and personalized experiences for members.

Under the updated program, members progress through tiers and receive immediate benefits tailored to their preferences. Perks include room upgrades, flexible check-in and late check-out options, early access to exclusive offers, priority reservations for Kempinski restaurant events, dedicated butler service, and bespoke chef experiences.

Members who reach the program’s highest tier may receive an invitation to the Kempinski Private Concierge—an exclusive, invitation-only club that provides a personal concierge, invitations and behind-the-scenes access to select events in each destination, a 24/7 membership service line, and preferential rates on a range of complementary luxury services.

The redesign also expands ways to earn points and introduces curated local experiences that help guests explore the culture of each destination. These offerings span Kempinski’s global portfolio, designed to showcase regional traditions, food, and activities across its properties.
