Karisma Hotels & Resorts has launched the Connoisseur Collection by Karisma, a new luxury offering that gives guests a fully customizable vacation with elevated privileges, personalized service and carefully chosen accommodations. The collection is designed to anticipate needs and deliver tailored experiences from the moment a reservation is made.
Before arrival, Connoisseur Collection guests receive access to a dedicated phone line to reach a personal concierge. This service helps arrange in-room liquor selections and minibar preferences, schedule spa treatments, plan excursions, secure priority restaurant reservations and manage additional special requests. At check-in, concierges assist with unpacking and ensure guests are welcomed with monogrammed robes and guaranteed connecting suites when requested. Guests may book in-room spa treatments and receive a 15 percent discount on spa services, select special events and premium wine purchases.
The Connoisseur Concierge team focuses on crafting individualized experiences, responding to each guest’s preferences and requests. Experiences range from private dining and bespoke excursions to curated in-room amenities, all intended to create memorable, worry-free stays.

Available room types include two- and three-bedroom suites, presidential residences, over-water bungalows and private villas, offering a range of layouts for families, couples and groups seeking a higher level of comfort and privacy.
The collection features the Gourmet Inclusive Experience, which brings together Karisma’s chefs and sommeliers to elevate dining through fresh ingredients, creative presentation and thoughtfully paired wines. For guests who observe kosher dietary requirements, the program can arrange kosher meals prepared from a nearby kosher kitchen, ensuring dietary needs are met without compromising quality or taste.
