Hyatt has introduced two new all-inclusive resort brands: Hyatt Ziva and Hyatt Zilara. Both brands debut this month in Latin America with the openings of Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos and Hyatt Zilara Cancun. Each property will receive multimillion-dollar renovations in 2014 to enhance guest experiences. A third property, Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall in Jamaica, is scheduled to open in late 2014.
Reservations for Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos and Hyatt Zilara Cancun are available on hyatt.com. Members of the Gold Passport loyalty program can earn and redeem points at these properties beginning this month.
Hyatt Ziva is positioned as a family-friendly, lively resort brand that emphasizes fun, local culture and diverse culinary offerings for guests of all ages. It focuses on activities and authentic dining experiences that reflect the destination. In contrast, Hyatt Zilara is designed as an adults-only retreat, providing opportunities for complete relaxation alongside a curated schedule of activities and entertainment.
These brands expand Hyatt’s presence in the all-inclusive segment, offering clear options for travelers seeking either family-oriented energy or a quieter, adult-focused atmosphere. Both concepts aim to combine resort amenities, food and beverage variety, and local influences to create memorable stays.
Guests planning trips to the new properties should consult hyatt.com for booking details, property amenities and Gold Passport benefits. As the portfolio grows, Hyatt plans to continue developing resorts that reflect regional character while delivering consistent service standards across both the Ziva and Zilara brands.
