Hyatt welcomes several new properties to its portfolio, with a string of debuts across the globe in 2023.

Grand Hansa Hotel Helsinki, Part of The Unbound Collection by Hyatt

Opening in summer 2023, the Grand Hansa Hotel Helsinki marks Hyatt’s first hotel in Finland. The 224-room property in the heart of Helsinki will offer extensive meeting and event facilities, catering to both business and leisure travelers seeking a central base for exploring the city.

Park Hyatt Johannesburg

Scheduled to open in early 2023, Park Hyatt Johannesburg brings Hyatt’s luxury brand to South Africa. The intimate 30-key hotel sits within walking distance of bars, restaurants and art galleries, and includes its own restaurant and bar for guests looking to dine on-site.

Park Hyatt Marrakech

Park Hyatt Marrakech, slated to open in April 2023, is Hyatt’s fourth branded property in Morocco. The 181-guestroom resort will include an on-site 18-hole golf course, offering guests a luxury leisure destination in Marrakech.

Ronil, Part of JdV by Hyatt

Ronil joins Hyatt’s JdV collection on 1.6 acres in Baga, India. The 125-guestroom hotel complements three other Hyatt properties in the region—Alila Diwa Goa, Grand Hyatt Goa and Hyatt Centric Candolim Goa—and will feature two food and beverage outlets along with several outdoor pools for a resort-like experience.

Thompson Palm Springs

Set to debut in fall 2023, Thompson Palm Springs will feature 168 keys, including 18 luxury suites with dedicated entertaining spaces. The property will offer two resort-style pools, a spa and a fitness center, positioning it as a stylish desert retreat for relaxation and social gatherings.

These openings reflect Hyatt’s continued global expansion across luxury, lifestyle and resort brands.
