Holland America Line is marking its 150th anniversary with a series of authentic Heritage Cruises that highlight ports tied to the brand’s long history and offer distinctive onboard and shoreside experiences.
Heritage Cruises will run throughout the anniversary year, revisiting many of the historic ports that shaped the company. These sailings focus on destinations central to Holland America Line’s story and present region-specific history through anecdotes, archival photos, and curated programming that connects guests to the line’s past.
Onboard, guests will encounter Dutch seafaring traditions and nostalgic entertainment such as Sjoelen, the classic Dutch tabletop shuffleboard game. The line is also bringing back themed events like a Historic Happy Hour, which recreates items and prices from earlier menus, including select cocktails offered for $1.
