Hilton and ANA Launch Exciting New In-Flight and Hotel Menus

Hilton has partnered with All Nippon Airways to introduce enhanced in‑flight dining for passengers traveling between Tokyo and the United States. The collaboration features seasonal menus developed by executive chefs from Conrad Tokyo and Conrad New York and extends select offerings to ANA Suite Lounges at Haneda (HND) and Narita (NRT). The initiative marks ANA’s 25th anniversary of nonstop service between Tokyo and New York (JFK).

Through May 31, business-class passengers departing Narita for U.S. destinations (excluding red-eye and flights to Honolulu) can enjoy a new menu crafted by Antonio Cardosos, executive chef at Atrio, Conrad New York. Selections include Moroccan-rubbed swordfish, red wine–braised short rib, chocolate panna cotta and ricotta cheesecake. The menu will be refreshed seasonally to reflect changing ingredients and culinary trends.

From June 1 to August 31, ANA business-class travelers on flights from New York to Narita will be served a different seasonal menu from Chef Cardosos. Highlights on this menu include roasted branzino filet, rosemary-and-herb–encrusted beef tenderloin, yuzu panna cotta and dark chocolate mousse cake. These flights will also feature a signature cocktail created by Chef Cardosos to complement the meal service.

First-class and ANA Diamond Service passengers will receive a distinct dining program created by Chef Albert Tse, executive chef of China Blue at Conrad Tokyo. His Chinese-inspired menus will be available in the ANA Suite Lounges at both Haneda and Narita and will change with the seasons. These lounge offerings will be available through November 30.

“Marking the 25th anniversary of our Tokyo–New York route with this special food and beverage collaboration is a meaningful way to honor ANA’s legacy and to reaffirm our commitment to exceptional inflight experiences,” said Hideki Kunugi, senior vice president, ANA, The Americas. “We are proud to partner with Conrad Hotels & Resorts and Hilton Worldwide to bring elevated service to our customers.”

In addition to the dining programs, ANA international passengers will have access to a documentary on New York City through November 30. Conrad New York has also curated a jazz playlist for in‑flight entertainment, designed to accompany the onboard dining experience and enhance the overall journey.
