Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. has relaunched its Casinos at Sea rewards program, now allowing passengers to earn and use rewards across casinos on Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas ships.
The program operates across all 24 onboard casinos across the three brands, offering access to more than 4,000 games. Members earn points from both slots and table games, and those points can be redeemed for benefits such as statement discounts, free casino play, complimentary casino beverages, onboard credits and other rewards.
“We are pleased to relaunch the Casinos at Sea program as the first multi-branded casino rewards program at sea,” said Jim Abbas, senior vice president of casino operations for Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. “Casinos at Sea members can now play aboard all 24 ships across the Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises brands. That gives guests a wide selection of onboard amenities, international itineraries, elevated dining and luxury experiences. Wherever members sail, they will be recognized and able to earn points and rewards as they play.”
Guests enroll by registering for a complimentary Players Card at a Players Club desk onboard. Progress toward elite status is tracked collectively across the participating casinos during a one-year period that began April 1.
Point accrual varies by game type, bet size and time played. Reel and video slots earn one point for every $5 in coin-in; video poker earns one point for every $10 in coin-in. Table game points depend on the specific game, wager amounts and duration of play. Points accumulate toward tiered status levels: Jade (no minimum), Pearl (5,000 points), Sapphire (15,000 points), Ruby (35,000 points) and Elite (100,000 points). Higher tiers unlock greater benefits, which may include complimentary shore excursions for two or airport transfers, along with other enhanced privileges.
The refreshed Casinos at Sea program simplifies earning and redeeming rewards across multiple luxury cruise brands, offering frequent players broader opportunity to collect points and enjoy tiered benefits during their voyages.
