The Fusion Hotel Group has launched HIIVE Hotels, a brand designed specifically for business travelers near industrial and logistics hubs. The brand made its Southeast Asia debut in August 2023 with the opening of HIIVE Binh Duong.
The 172-room hotel is conveniently located inside Vietnam Singapore Industrial Park 1, about 11 miles from central Ho Chi Minh City. The property sits close to Aeon Mall and Song Be Golf Resort, and is roughly an hour from Tan Son Nhat International Airport, Vietnam’s busiest airport.

HIIVE Binh Duong is designed to support both work and leisure stays. The hotel features spacious rooms for extended visits, flexible meeting rooms, co-working areas, an all-day dining restaurant, a sports bar, complimentary WiFi, a 24-hour fitness center, and guest laundry facilities on every floor.
The 11-floor property emphasizes natural light and contemporary color schemes. Common areas carry a stylish industrial aesthetic while guest rooms use softer, neutral tones to promote relaxation and rest.

The hotel includes three meeting rooms with whiteboard walls, flexible layouts and modern audiovisual equipment. Meeting spaces accommodate a range of group sizes, with the largest room seating up to 100 people. Co-working areas offer both quiet, focused corners and larger communal zones that encourage networking and collaboration.
Dining and leisure amenities include Zest Restaurant, which highlights regional Vietnamese dishes, and Dzo Dzo Sports Bar, equipped with large flat-screen TVs, a billiards table, a dart board and a selection of craft beers, cocktails and bar snacks. Guests can also enjoy a state-of-the-art golf simulator with access to 72 acclaimed courses and a modern 24/7 gym with cardio machines, free weights and yoga equipment.

The property offers eight room categories, from king-bed rooms with dedicated workspaces to suites that include fully equipped kitchenettes and separate living areas. All rooms incorporate energy management systems that monitor and automate the environment, along with reflective window coverings and heat-proofing to maintain comfortable internal temperatures.
A second HIIVE property, HIIVE Binh Duong New City, is scheduled to open nearby in early 2024, expanding the brand’s presence in the region.
