This Easter, Mövenpick Hotel Sentosa in Singapore presents a special chocolate-themed brunch inspired by the beloved tale Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Executive Chef Desmond Chan and his culinary team have created a menu and family-friendly program designed to delight chocolate lovers and families alike.
The Charlie and the Chocolate Eggsperience brunch is scheduled for March 27 from 12:00 to 16:30. Pricing is SGD 99 per adult and SGD 49 for youths aged 12 to 15. Children under 12 dine free, with a maximum of two complimentary children per two paying adults.
On the menu are indulgent savory and sweet creations built around chocolate and rich flavors. Highlights include cocoa maple syrup–glazed pork ribs and inventive desserts such as chestnut chocolate mousse. The brunch will also feature seasonal and seafood specialties including Alaskan crab, freshly shucked oysters, sesame tuna loin tataki served on white radish with cilantro, and roasted Provençal lamb loin. The selection balances classic Easter fare with playful, chocolate-forward dishes to appeal to both adults and children.
Families will find plenty of activities for children to enjoy during the brunch. Entertainment includes a bouncy castle, cartoon screenings, and an egg-decorating station, ensuring younger guests are engaged while adults relax and savor the menu.
