A new season brings a refreshed menu for many airlines, and Delta Air Lines introduced its spring offerings in March.
The seasonal menu features professionally curated recipes designed to make travel during the warmer months feel more like spring. Alongside new meal choices, Delta has added new teas and complimentary snack options.
Passengers traveling in Delta One can expect updated vegetable preparations that emphasize bright herbs, crisp onions and fresh greens. New pre-selected entrées reflect spring flavors and include options such as seared beef tenderloin and a vegetable lasagna.
These new entrées make up roughly half of Delta’s seasonal menu refresh. Complementing the dishes is a revised wine list for spring, curated by Master Sommelier Andrea Robinson. The wines are chosen from specific regions to pair well with the updated menu selections.
Delta One customers will also see an expanded selection of premium teas, including English Breakfast, jasmine green tea, peppermint herbal and Earl Grey from Pure Leaf. Passengers in other cabins will continue to be offered Lipton tea.
Complimentary snack options have been updated as well, with almonds and Cheez-It crackers added to the selection.
Delta says these menu enhancements are part of a broader effort to raise the overall passenger experience through consistent culinary updates and thoughtful beverage pairings.
