Conrad Hotels & Resorts is launching a renewed hospitality initiative called Stay Inspired, designed to highlight each property’s local surroundings and deliver a more personalized, memorable stay. The program emphasizes curated, destination-driven experiences that guests can book through the Conrad Concierge mobile app or via StayInspired.com. These packages are offered in one-, three- and five-hour formats and are marketed as the Conrad 1/3/5 itineraries.
Nilou Motamed, Conrad’s director of inspiration, personally visited the brand’s global properties to develop the current collection of experiences. Her goal was to create offerings that reflect how modern travelers blend work, daily life and leisure while on the road. Each itinerary focuses on elements that make a destination unique — local food, shopping, art and cultural discoveries — and is designed to introduce guests to authentic, off-the-beaten-path highlights.
“Guests want to use whatever free time they have while traveling to discover something new. They want to find those hidden gems that are off the beaten path and that can’t be found in the pages of a guidebook,” Motamed said. “This collection, called the Conrad 1/3/5, curates content and experiences in a way that aligns with the way our guests live their lives.”

Vanderslice, global head of Conrad Hotels & Resorts, explained how the program reshapes guest interactions across the brand: “Today’s luxury traveler wants to discover destinations where they can be truly inspired. So we are shifting how not only our concierges communicate and connect with our guests, but all of our team members. Through our partnership with Nilou, we have trained our team members and empowered them to make thoughtful recommendations within our destinations, stepping away from the standard transactional relationship between a concierge and a guest. We have become more like storytellers.”
The Stay Inspired initiative positions Conrad to offer more than accommodation; it aims to curate meaningful moments that reflect local culture and interests. Whether a guest has a brief window between meetings or several hours to explore, the Conrad 1/3/5 itineraries provide tailored options to make that time memorable. Bookings and detailed itineraries are accessible through the Conrad Concierge app or the dedicated Stay Inspired booking channel, offering a seamless way for guests to add curated local experiences to their stay.
By training staff to act as local storytellers and by packaging a range of short, focused experiences, Conrad seeks to meet the evolving desires of luxury travelers who value authenticity, discovery and convenience.
