Chef Carlo Cracco Joins Corinthia Rome as Culinary Partner — Opening Spring 2024

In spring 2024, Chef Carlo Cracco will design and oversee the culinary and beverage programs at Corinthia Rome. This marks Chef Cracco’s first culinary venture in the city, located on Piazza del Parlamento, just a 10-minute walk from Piazza Navona.

Housed in a seven-floor building constructed in 1914 for the Bank of Italy, Corinthia Rome occupies a landmark palazzo that preserves its original façade facing the Italian Parliament. The interior is being fully reimagined to deliver refined hospitality, contemporary design, elevated dining, and attentive guest services.

“I am honored to partner with Corinthia Hotels and contribute to the development of such an ambitious project,” said Chef Cracco. “It will be exciting to present a culinary offering that merges my signature style with the influences of Rome, the Eternal City, which provides endless inspiration.”

Simon Naudi, CEO of Corinthia Hotels, added: “We are delighted to welcome Carlo Cracco to our Rome hotel. His craftsmanship and culinary expertise align with our commitment to authenticity and provenance for our first hotel in Italy.”

Corinthia Rome will feature 60 guest rooms along with public spaces designed for comfort and relaxation: a bar, a lobby lounge, a luxury spa and gym, and an open-air garden courtyard that allows guests to enjoy Rome’s temperate climate for much of the year.
