Andaz Savannah has completed a full renovation of its 151 guestrooms and suites, blending contemporary comforts with the city’s distinctive Southern character and rich history.
“The dramatic enhancement of Andaz Savannah’s 151 guestrooms and suites strengthens the connection our hotel has with its host city,” said Erin Henry, general manager, Andaz Savannah. “Coupled with the continued guidance of the hotel’s friendly, knowledgeable staff, our design refresh ensures that guests from the community and around the world enjoy the unique heritage of Savannah. Thanks to this redesign, and our reputation for warm hospitality, our hotel will continue to remain a leader in a competitive marketplace.”
The redesign uses a refined color palette drawn from Savannah’s moss-draped trees and historic architecture: mossy greens, weathered blues and deep jewel tones create a calm, layered atmosphere. Each room features thoughtfully placed abstract artwork above the headboard and a mix of metals, woods and textiles to introduce tactile contrast and visual warmth.
Design updates are both aesthetic and practical. Custom mantels serve as television credenzas, and dressers take cues from kitchen islands to increase functionality and storage while maintaining a cohesive look. These dual-purpose elements help make the rooms feel stylish and livable for both short stays and extended visits.
Guests will find refreshed lighting, upgraded finishes and carefully selected furnishings that reflect local influences without sacrificing modern amenities. Each room and suite also includes a curated selection of complimentary snacks and beverages for convenience.
By marrying thoughtful design, practical enhancements and a palette inspired by Savannah’s landscape and architecture, Andaz Savannah offers an updated lodging experience that celebrates local heritage while meeting contemporary traveler expectations.
