Spanish carrier Air Europa has become the first airline in Spain to offer in-flight WiFi, launching its onboard Internet service earlier this month. The airline—Spain’s third largest—has equipped its fleet of Boeing 787 Dreamliners with Panasonic Avionics connectivity. Passengers can browse the web and check email using either the seatback interface or their own devices, such as laptops and tablets. Air Europa, a member of the SkyTeam alliance, currently operates long-haul services between Palma de Mallorca and destinations across North and South America.
