Air Canada Rouge Launches Direct Flights to Las Vegas

Air Canada rouge has launched year-round, non-stop daily service between Montreal (YUL) and Las Vegas (LAS). Flights operate every day, with two daily departures on Thursday, Friday and Sunday to accommodate increased demand. Initially the route is served with Airbus A319 aircraft through March 28, after which the carrier will transition to Boeing 767-300ER aircraft starting March 29.

Air Canada rouge, introduced in July 2013 as Air Canada’s leisure-focused brand, serves a range of holiday destinations across Europe, the Caribbean, Mexico and the United States. Its network includes popular cities such as Edinburgh (EDI), Venice (VCE), Athens (ATH), Lisbon (LIS), Dublin (DUB), Nice (NCE), Barcelona (BCN), Rome (FCO) and Manchester (MAN), providing travelers with seasonal and year-round options for leisure travel.

This new Montreal–Las Vegas connection expands leisure travel choices for passengers in Quebec and complements existing offerings to major vacation hubs. The route’s double-daily service on peak days gives travelers greater flexibility for planning short getaways, longer vacations or business trips that tie into leisure stays.

With aircraft changes planned partway through the schedule, passengers can expect different onboard experiences depending on the travel date: the Airbus A319 will cover the route in the initial months, while the larger Boeing 767-300ER will operate from late March, offering increased capacity for luggage and seating on higher-demand dates.

Air Canada rouge’s strategy focuses on connecting travelers to sought-after leisure markets, and this Montreal–Las Vegas service aligns with that approach by linking a major Canadian city directly to one of North America’s top entertainment and convention destinations. The daily frequency and additional peak-day departures make it convenient for a variety of travelers, from weekend visitors to those attending conventions or extended stays.
