Your Business
Essential business philosophy: Hyatt strives to deliver the “Hyatt Touch,” a genuine and personal approach to hospitality. My personal philosophy centers on making people the priority—employees, guests and owners alike. Helping others and making a positive impact in their lives gives me great satisfaction.
Best way to keep a competitive edge: Well-trained, engaged employees provide heartfelt, exceptional service that keeps guests returning. Equally important is staying aware of international and local trends and effectively managing change to remain relevant.
Yardstick of success: I measure success when employees enjoy their work, guests leave with memorable experiences, and owners and stakeholders are pleased with the hotel’s performance.
Most important item you take when traveling: I always carry a notepad and pen to capture ideas and observations to share with the team.
How you spend your time on board: I rarely have free time, so when I fly I use the opportunity to read. My iPad is indispensable for staying connected and productive.
Favorite restaurant in the world: The 28 Hubin Road at Hyatt Regency Hangzhou stands out for its authentic Chinese cuisine, thoughtful design, welcoming atmosphere and attentive service. The restaurant showcases specialties from Zhejiang, Suzhou and Huiyang with flair.

About Your Brand
What makes the Hyatt Regency Incheon stand above other airport hotels:
The Hyatt Regency Incheon is far more than a typical airport hotel. Located just minutes from Incheon Airport and conveniently positioned near the Incheon Free Economic Zone and downtown Seoul, we serve both international conventions and leisure travelers. Our pillar-less Grand Ballroom, Regency Ballroom and 17 meeting rooms host events of all sizes—from intimate meetings for ten to conventions of 1,200. Coupled with modern facilities, professional teams, excellent cuisine and genuine hospitality, these strengths make our hotel an ideal choice for business and leisure alike.
What regular guests know about the property that others might find valuable:
Frequent visitors appreciate that we’re not a traditional airport hotel and that we truly value personal connection. A favored spot is The Terrace on the second floor, which opens onto a wildflower garden where the coastal breeze carries the floral scent. In summer, barbecues on the terrace are popular, and the garden’s connection to the swimming pool creates an inviting, slightly exotic ambiance.
Describe the hotel’s dining and entertainment options.
Restaurant 8 offers eight distinct dining concepts—four Western and four Eastern—so guests can explore diverse culinary styles under one roof. The restaurant’s wine list includes more than 4,000 bottles, and five show kitchens let chefs demonstrate their skills live. For evening socializing, Vy Bar combines advanced lighting and sound, music, karaoke suites and a broad drink selection, making it an energetic and versatile entertainment venue.
