Air France has long been celebrated for its exceptional in-flight hospitality. Its culinary offerings are crafted by renowned chefs and its wine lists curated by expert sommeliers. Aiming to extend this level of refinement to its beverage service, Air France has teamed up with the head bartender of The Ritz Paris to create an exclusive cocktail program that will be refreshed every three months.
Colin Field of The Ritz Paris will train Air France cabin crew to prepare each seasonal cocktail, which will be available exclusively in La Première first-class cabins. Each creation is designed to reflect the spirit of Air France, to entice adventurous palates and to complement the French dishes served onboard, including classic specialties such as foie gras.
First-class travelers can taste the inaugural signature cocktail this month: a refined blend featuring Calvados, the French apple brandy, and Champagne. These cocktails will also be offered at Bar Hemingway in the recently renovated and reopened Ritz Paris, allowing guests to enjoy the same bespoke drinks both in the air and on the ground.
