AccorHotels Group has announced a strategic partnership with Samsung to enhance guest experiences and improve staff efficiency using Samsung’s technology. The collaboration will introduce Samsung’s SMART Hospitality Display across Accor properties in 92 countries, bringing advanced displays to guest rooms, lobbies, bars and dining areas. In addition to guest-facing displays, hotel teams will gain new tools to deliver more personalized service.
As part of the rollout, AccorHotels properties will adopt Samsung’s hospitality management platform. This system integrates smart-room features and building controls, enabling both staff and guests to manage in-room settings—such as lighting and climate—and access tailored services more easily and intuitively.
“AccorHotels is committed to offering all of our guests—whether they are traveling for business or leisure—a hotel experience that meets their expectations and needs, particularly when it comes to technology and connectivity,” said Vivek Badrinath, deputy CEO of AccorHotels. “Partnering with Samsung Electronics, the leader in the digital display sector, reinforces this commitment and helps us differentiate our offering with exceptional technology products and services that our customers can enjoy before, during and after their stay.”
The partners also revealed plans for an experimental hotel in Seoul, South Korea, that will showcase the latest hospitality technologies and multi-point connectivity solutions. This pilot property will serve as a testing ground for innovations aimed at improving operational workflows and enhancing guest personalization across Accor’s portfolio.
The collaboration reflects growing industry demand for integrated, connected hotel experiences that streamline staff operations while giving guests more control and convenience. By combining Samsung’s display and automation expertise with Accor’s global network, the two companies aim to deliver consistent, modernized tech-driven stays that can be adapted across diverse property types and markets.
