The St. Regis Mexico City and its on-site Remède Spa now offer an interactive, personalized enhancement to their manicure and pedicure services. The new Blend Box and Blend Bar, featuring products from Salt of the Earth, let therapists custom-blend exfoliating body scrubs, body creams and detoxifying mineral salts for use during treatments and for guests to purchase.
At the Remède Spa, guests choose preferred aromas that are mixed with pre-portioned base ingredients. Therapists then boost those mixes with a targeted serum—options include hyaluronic acid for hydration, an anti-inflammatory oil, or an anti-aging oil. Guests may also hand-blend their chosen scent into scrubs and creams, creating a personalized product to take home.
Available fragrance options include White Ginger, Cabana Boy (a tropical blend of pineapple, coconut and watermelon), the Remède Signature Scent (green tea and lemongrass), and Stress Less Essential Oil featuring lavender. These scents are combined with a shea-butter scrub made from natural salt and grapeseed oil, plus a restorative body cream. All products incorporate Salt of the Earth’s 72-organic-mineral complex sourced from the Great Salt Lake.
Individual jars of scrub, cream or mineral salt are priced at $30 each, or $50 for two jars. Guests who return their jars to the spa can receive a refill for $20, supporting reuse and continuity of their customized formulations.
Remède Spa therapists tailor every service to the guest’s specific needs. Located on the 15th floor of St. Regis Mexico City, the spa features seven treatment rooms with city views, a steam room, a sauna and a Juice and Tea Bar to enhance the wellness experience.
The St. Regis Mexico City is a 31-story building designed by Cesar Pelli and includes 189 guestrooms, among them 35 suites.
