The convergence of mobile technology, richer data, and evolving consumer expectations will reshape payments, travel and loyalty programs in the years ahead. Mobile wallets and apps will continue to personalize offers and streamline transactions, while data analytics will enable more customized loyalty experiences and smarter travel services. At Chase Card Services we’re positioned at the intersection of these trends, focusing on seamless customer journeys that connect payments, travel rewards and loyalty benefits.

What is the best career advice you’ve received?
One piece of advice I return to often is: “Build broad skills and experience, but also focus on what you are really good at.” Many people overlook comparative advantage — developing a unique strength while maintaining versatile capabilities will open the most meaningful opportunities.

What advice would you give someone starting out in the field?
Be courageous and curious. Challenge assumptions, including your own. Explore new technologies and business models to discover what excites you, and then commit to developing deep expertise in that area. Passion combined with disciplined learning accelerates growth.

Favorite travel memory or story: I was in the Serengeti this summer with my family. My dad had wanted to see the migration across the Mara River for many years, and watching him witness that extraordinary natural event was unforgettable.

One travel tip you cannot live without: Vacuum travel bags are a carry-on game changer — they save space and keep your luggage organized.

Best advice for business travelers: Choose the aisle for productivity and the window when you need to rest — it makes a surprising difference in comfort and focus.
