Alongside Amber’s relaunch, the hotel introduces three new dining venues that expand its gastronomic offerings. SOMM is an all-day restaurant featuring a curated selection of more than 100 wines and sakes chosen by an expert sommelier team, making it a relaxed yet sophisticated choice for wine lovers. Sushi Shikon offers an intimate omakase experience limited to eight diners, conceived by Master Chef Masahiro Yoshitake, the first Japanese chef in Hong Kong to earn three Michelin stars. Kappo Rin presents a modern kaiseki-style counter menu that showcases seasonal Japanese ingredients through a contemporary lens.
The Great Gourmet Escape package requires a minimum two-night stay and includes accommodations in a Landmark Suite, a daily Champagne breakfast, a seven-course dinner for two, and late check-out. Guests booking the package receive priority access to reservations at Sushi Shikon and Kappo Rin, ensuring the chance to sample the new concepts during their stay.
