On March 3, Dune House Hotel & Spa opens in Atlantic Beach, Florida, introducing a relaxed, vintage-inspired destination to North Florida’s coastline. Formerly One Ocean Resort & Spa, the property has been thoughtfully redesigned to celebrate the saltwater spirit, with community-focused programming, ocean-to-table dining and elevated amenities just steps from the beach.

The interiors emphasize natural materials—sea glass, sun-bleached stone and weathered wood—creating a calm, coastal aesthetic. The hotel offers 193 guestrooms and suites in a variety of layouts, featuring contemporary furnishings and many rooms with unobstructed ocean views.
Dining is led by Coastal Farmer, a coastal steakhouse that highlights ingredients from local farms and nearby waters, served in an oceanfront setting. Soothsayer, a poolside indoor-outdoor bar and eatery, provides a relaxed spot for drinks and light bites. Café Dune offers casual fares and local brews, while Sea Turtle Scoops honors the site’s history as Sea Turtle Inn by serving ice cream by the scoop.

Wellness offerings include The Spa at Dune House, which presents a modernized menu of treatments and wellness experiences along with steam facilities. A beachfront pool, lined with loungers and shaded seating, provides a serene place to relax. On-site retail spaces showcase Atlantic Beach vendors, offering everything from boutique beachwear to surf rentals to complete the seaside experience.
The hotel also features roughly 10,000 square feet of flexible indoor and outdoor event space, suitable for meetings, weddings and social gatherings.
