In an effort to enhance customer experience and satisfaction, Air Malta is introducing new on-board ancillary services and upgraded products across both business and economy cabins.
“Today marks an important development and a significant milestone for Air Malta. We have made many product changes to offer customers more choice and flexibility. Our passengers will be able to get what they pay for at the price they choose. Air Malta understands that customers look for peace of mind when flying, and do not want to be worried and ripped off with luggage charges or other extra fees,” said Philip Micallef, chief executive of Air Malta.
As part of the airline’s We Care More initiative, Air Malta now offers three distinct business class options—Business Basic, Business Value and Business Anytime—so travelers can select the level of service that best suits their needs. Each tier includes benefits such as the ability to choose seats at booking, increased baggage allowances and greater flexibility for changing travel dates.
Alongside the new fare bundles, the carrier is rolling out several digital and service improvements to simplify the booking experience. Planned upgrades include a mobile-friendly booking option, a more responsive website design and a one-month fare calendar that provides clearer pricing visibility when searching for flights.
These changes are aimed at giving customers transparent choices and predictable pricing while improving comfort and convenience across Air Malta’s network.
