The luxury Loren Hotels and Residences brand has opened its much-anticipated property, The Loren at Lady Bird Lake in Austin, featuring 108 well-appointed guestrooms and suites with sweeping lake and city views. Opened in summer 2022, the hotel offers a milk + honey spa; a 24/7 fitness center; a rooftop terrace with an infinity pool; signature event space with 180-degree vistas; and a destination restaurant called Nido.
Ideally situated minutes from downtown Austin, guests can explore the city on foot via the pedestrian bridge across the street or use complimentary e-bikes available upon request.

The Loren at Lady Bird Lake’s modern accommodations and amenities complement Austin’s indoor/outdoor lifestyle. King-bed rooms are generous in size and framed by floor-to-ceiling windows that emphasize the views. Bathrooms feature natural stone, walk-in spa showers, plush bathrobes, SFERRA towels and Malin+Goetz bath products.

Guest rooms include a fully stocked gourmet minibar with curated snacks, wine and spirits. One- and two-bedroom suites provide panoramic lake views and comfortable living areas. The Loren Suite and Premier Suites feature private balconies with choices of scenery—from Lady Bird Lake and downtown Austin to the rolling Texas Hill Country.
The hotel’s signature restaurant, Nido, blends the rugged charm of Austin’s surroundings with culinary techniques inspired by coastal Europe. Located on the eighth-floor rooftop and overlooking the lake and city, Nido focuses on ingredient-driven dishes led by executive chef Brad McDonald. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner in a simple, elegant setting.

The Loren at Lady Bird Lake is home to a 5,000-square-foot milk + honey Spa offering a full menu of natural spa and medspa treatments. The spa includes 10 treatment rooms, steam showers and a calming lounge. The rooftop infinity pool creates a full-service poolside experience with food and beverage service, while the 24/7 fitness center is located on the seventh floor, just below the pool terrace.
Room rates at The Loren at Lady Bird Lake for 2023 started around $311 per night in winter and rose to approximately $570 per night during late spring through fall. The Austin hotel expands Loren’s portfolio alongside the brand’s flagship property, The Loren at Pink Beach in Bermuda, which opened in 2017.
