Unleash Your Inner Rock Star at Rock & Roll Fantasy Camp

Ready to trade the boardroom for center stage and unleash your inner Mick Jagger or Patty Smyth? Rock and Roll Fantasy Camps, held in Napa Valley, New York and Las Vegas, give music lovers the chance to learn, perform and interact with rock legends.

In Napa Valley, legendary guitarist Joe Satriani will host an intimate Wine, Wisdom & Rock camp from Aug. 16–18 at the Louis M. Martini vineyard. Along with hands-on music coaching, participants will enjoy wine-themed experiences, including blending their own Cabernet.

Las Vegas features several themed programs, including a four-day YES Fantasy Camp from July 14–17, where campers rehearse and jam with members of YES and get the opportunity to perform live at the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino. These immersive sessions focus on musicianship, stagecraft and band dynamics, culminating in a public performance.

In New York, Campalooza runs Aug. 7–13 and brings together notable players and industry veterans. Drummer Peter Criss of KISS, guitarists Robben Ford and Johnny Winter, and producer Jack Douglas—known for his work with John Lennon and Aerosmith—are part of the lineup. Campers can also opt for a recording package with Douglas at Avatar Studios, the same facility used by Bon Jovi, Journey and Iggy Pop.

Programs vary in length, theme and intensity, and pricing reflects the number of days and package options chosen. Whether you want focused instruction, collaborative jamming, performance experience or a studio session, these camps cater to a range of skill levels and musical goals.

If you’re looking for an immersive musical getaway that pairs expert guidance with real-world performance opportunities, a Rock and Roll Fantasy Camp offers a unique way to sharpen your skills, make lasting connections and experience the thrill of playing alongside seasoned professionals.
