Geneva Suite Home: Luxury Serviced Apartments in Geneva

Located in the heart of a city renowned for diplomacy and tranquility, InterContinental Genève has introduced The Residences, an exclusive collection of suites designed by New York interior architect Tony Chi. The Residences are the culmination of a comprehensive $110 million renovation carried out over a decade, blending the grandeur of classic Swiss palaces with contemporary comforts and services for discerning international travelers.

“Our aim was to give the hotel a fresh identity—modern yet timeless—while reflecting the city’s natural beauty and global stature,” Chi explains. He selected materials, colors and furnishings that create an inviting atmosphere and pay tribute to Geneva’s prominent role in international affairs.

Each of the three distinct suites embodies Chi’s concept: generous living areas, richly detailed marble bathrooms and sweeping views of the Jura Mountains, Mont Blanc and Lake Geneva. The design balances elegant, classical motifs with contemporary amenities to ensure comfort and privacy for extended stays or official visits.

Originally opened in 1963, InterContinental Genève sits amid well‑kept parks and gardens a short walk from major international institutions. The hotel is a three‑minute stroll from the United Nations and the International Conference Centre, and just a five‑minute drive from the Palexpo exhibition complex, making it an ideal choice for diplomats, business travelers and visitors attending events in the city.

The Residences enhance the hotel’s suite offering with attentive service and thoughtfully arranged spaces that accommodate both relaxation and work. Whether guests seek panoramic mountain vistas or refined interiors that echo Geneva’s cultural stature, these suites provide a sophisticated base from which to experience the city.
