“Our aim was to give the hotel a fresh identity—modern yet timeless—while reflecting the city’s natural beauty and global stature,” Chi explains. He selected materials, colors and furnishings that create an inviting atmosphere and pay tribute to Geneva’s prominent role in international affairs.
Each of the three distinct suites embodies Chi’s concept: generous living areas, richly detailed marble bathrooms and sweeping views of the Jura Mountains, Mont Blanc and Lake Geneva. The design balances elegant, classical motifs with contemporary amenities to ensure comfort and privacy for extended stays or official visits.
Originally opened in 1963, InterContinental Genève sits amid well‑kept parks and gardens a short walk from major international institutions.
