Sleep, dine, relax and recharge in the heart of Italy’s Dolomites with Aman’s signature services and hospitality at the newly reimagined Aman Rosa Alpina hotel. The property introduces fresh dining concepts, enhanced wellness amenities, exclusive experiences and an immersive Aman lifestyle to this storied Alpine destination.
Originally opened in 1939 as Rosa Alpina, the hotel has long been synonymous with Alpine hospitality. The updated Aman Rosa Alpina blends modern luxury with respect for the site’s history, creating spaces that respond to the changing light and landscape throughout the day. The hotel offers 51 guestrooms, suites and signature suites designed to feel intimate and connected to the surrounding mountains. The Aman Suite, the largest accommodation, features two king bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms with steam showers (one includes a soaking tub), a dining area for six and a south-facing terrace. Several interconnecting suites are also available for families and groups.

Culinary offerings are central to the hotel experience, led by Executive Chef Gianluca Salvato and focused on seasonality and craftsmanship. Il Salotto is a newly conceived double-height lounge with large windows, serving tea, coffee and light refreshments by day and cocktails with live music at night, creating a relaxed social hub.
The Grill sits at the core of the kitchen’s traditions, featuring wood-fired meats, fish and artisanal pizzas. In warmer months, the open-air terrace invites guests to linger over long lunches and alfresco dinners while soaking in mountain views. The Heritage Room operates by reservation as a private wine library for intimate dinners and guided tastings, and the Cigar Lounge provides a refined setting for premium cigars and aged spirits. In winter, Akari brings a refined Japanese menu and rare sakes for a seasonal culinary variation.
